About Us
We are Nest Media, an elevated real estate-focused photography and video services company based near Birmingham, Alabama.
Born out of real estate classifieds publishing, Nest Media was originally formed as Crimson Homes Photography in 2008 by founder David Moman. With special focus on central Alabama, our team also serves states across the Southeast with traditional photography as well as drone stills and videos, twilights, planograms, and other useful tools to help properties stand out and sell well. This includes responsibly leveraging AI aides alongside a disciplined, reality-first approach, enhancing clarity and atmosphere to spark imagination while remaining true to the space itself.

Our Team
David Moman
Founder | FAA 107 Licensed Drone Pilot
Read Bio
David brings decades of experience in marketing, publishing and visual storytelling. He earned his marketing degree from the University of Alabama and began his career working in management and operations for his family’s magazine distribution company.
In 2005, David transitioned into publishing, launching a classifieds magazine followed by a real estate magazine in 2008. As he became more involved in real estate marketing, he realized that high-quality and videography were the future of the industry. That realization led to the creation and growth of Nest Media.
Since then, Nest Media has photographed more than 26,000 homes and produced more than 2,000 real estate videos, helping agents, brokers, interior designers, and architects showcase properties with professionalism, creativity and impact.
David lives in Tuscaloosa with his wife, Cherie. They have three grown sons — Wes, Clark and Davis — along with their Labrador, Maisie, and cat, Gypsy. Outside of real estate, David enjoys visiting and photographing national parks as well as wildlife.
Jessica Hope Webb

Jessica Hope Webb is a real estate photographer and videographer with a fine art foundation and a passion for visual storytelling. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography and Painting from the University of Montevallo in 2018. Jessica’s creative background is complemented by over six years of experience as a communications specialist, as well as her work as an elementary art teacher — experiences that shaped her ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and understand the importance of meaningful visual narratives.
In addition to real estate photography and videography, Jessica is the owner of her business, J. Hope Studios, as a live wedding painter and fine artist. Jessica believes we were created by the greatest artist there ever will be and her goal is to praise Him through her work. Through Nest Media, she is dedicated to helping agents, builders, and homeowners showcase spaces in their best light, creating visuals that are not only beautiful, but effective.
Jessica lives in Tuscaloosa. In her free time she enjoys painting, spending time in nature, traveling with her mom and sister, singing at church, playing with her dogs Elvis and Prince, and photographing the people and places she loves.
Laura Chramer
Communications Specialist

Laura is a University of Alabama graduate with degrees in communication and journalism. Her well-rounded background started in print journalism, as a copy editor, page designer and sports photographer. She has also been a communications specialist at The University of Alabama and a multimedia specialist for small businesses, writing copy, producing photos and videos, creating ads and print materials, and maintaining websites and social media accounts.
More recently, Laura has been a video editor, photographer and multimedia associate for Dotdash Meredith and a marketing agency in Birmingham, and is now a freelance multimedia specialist. Her broad skillset has served Nest Media since 2025 as a photography and administrative assistant, supporting internal and external communications and helping shape abstract goals into achievable, productive projects.
Laura enjoys adventures with her dog, Nora, a shepherd mix, as well as traveling abroad, discovering Birmingham’s new and classic food spots, shopping for treasures at Costco, and continuously searching for the perfect oat milk latte.
Courtney Christian

Courtney’s passion for photography began in 2020, starting with family, lifestyle, and portrait work. Through that experience, she developed a keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail — skills that seamlessly translated into real estate photography. This journey led her to join Nest Media, where she has been capturing homes and spaces since 2024.
Some of her favorite parts of the job are working closely with agents and homeowners to highlight each space at its best: with visuals that are accurate, inviting, and market-ready.
Courtney lives in Alabama with her husband, Parker, and three sons. Outside of real estate, Courtney enjoys watching her kids play various sports, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Vasha Hunt

Virginia native Vasha Hunt is an alum of James Madison University, graduating with a degree in communication and specializing in visual communication and journalism. He spent time in Ohio and Florida before moving to Alabama to work as a newspaper photographer, first in Auburn and Tuscaloosa and more recently as a Birmingham-based sports specialist for the Associated Press, AL.com and other news agencies. He photographed Auburn and Alabama football teams during title runs as well as other top-tier college athletics programs and high school sports.
Vasha has worked in real estate photography since 2020 and has been with Nest Media since 2024. He earned his FAA 107 drone pilot license in 2023. In his free time, Vasha enjoys walking, hiking, dog-sitting, and a social game of pickleball.
Scott Key
Photographer

Scott is a recent graduate of Auburn University, with studies in film production. Since joining Nest Media in 2025, Scott has taken photos and videos of hundreds of houses throughout central Alabama, bringing a creative eye and a friendly attitude to each property to highlight its natural beauty. In his off time, Scott is a freelance video editor and enjoys movies both at home and in the theater.
Taunya Kliewer

Taunya is a versatile visual artist and creative professional with a deep passion for capturing and crafting beauty across multiple mediums. She earned a marketing degree from Oklahoma Panhandle State University and a graphic design degree from West Texas A&M University, after which she started her own photography, graphic design, and custom art business.
In 2021, Taunya began working for Nest Media as a photo editor, refining images to the highest quality and bringing the spaces alive. She is also a Nest video editor, turning raw footage of homes into unique cinematic stories.
Taunya lives in New Mexico with her husband, Jared, and daughter, Avari, along with their Labradors, Taz and Copper. In her free time, Taunya enjoys traveling, riding horses, painting, drawing, and photographing landscapes and wildlife.
Ashlin Mullenix

Ashlin brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, photography, and creative services to Nest Media. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Photography from the University of Montevallo and began her professional career at 16, creating advertising content and designing logos and branding for various clients.
Her client work has included professional materials for an independent candidate for Alabama’s District 6 congressional seat, including headshots and logo design, as well as branding for small businesses throughout Alabama. Ashlin has served as a marketing professional, social media manager, and also as the Fractional CMO for a startup, helping to launch their professional presence.
Outside of real estate, Ashlin enjoys visiting nature preserves and turtle conservatories, as well as traveling near and far. She lives in Orlando, Florida, with her best friends and their pets: shepherd-beagle mixes Luna and Solar; cats Merlin, Ketut, and Moche; and turtle Charlee.
